Due to the nature of our skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
Returns
We accept returns only if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
